As a licensed massage therapist, my goal is to assist in improving my clients health and enhance their well-being. I believe that a massage can balance a person’s mind and body. I provide an number of differant types of massage from relaxing swedish to neuromuscular and deep tissue.Which all revitalize the resources for physical, mental, and emotional health. I take pride in providing my clients with a relaxing, rejuvenating, and stress-reducing massages at and affordable rate. The atmosphere that I provide for my clients is a safe, calming, and professional environment where they can come and release tensions, relieve pain, and rejuvenate their bodies.
Services:
Neuromuscular Massage(Consultation Required.
Neuromuscular is a deep pressure massage targeting specific muscular issues such as Sciatica, common back pain , postural disorders and more.)
Pre-natal Massage (Certified in all three Trimesters)
(High risk pregnancies must have Dr. release prior to massage ; please allow additional 20 minutes for pre-natal consultation)
Massage during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. It can reduce stress hormones in the body and provide much needed relaxation. Relieves stress on weight bearing joints and relieves neck and back pain.
Swedish Massage
A hands-on full body massage of medium to light
pressure.
Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, improves muscle tone, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
A firm pressure, therapeutic massage. Helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, and tissue damage.

55.00 per 1 hour
75.00 per 1 1/2 hour
